 TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION
 Conventional construction
The specifications and the techniques we follow for conventional buildings are the most modern, beneficial and full functioning for every project.
The materials we use for the construction of projects are conventional using the specifications which are set by the Greek state, and are controlled by the engineer of each project who has the responsibility of working permission and the supervision of construction.
Reinforcement concrete
The construction and spreading of reinforcement concrete is based on the consideration of the responsible engineer.
Stonework
The inner and outer stonework is constructed with ceramic structural materials that are suitable for the sound insulation and heat insulation of the project.
The inner and outer stonework is quick with the inner stonework having a total thickness of 25 cm. Every quick structure has a thickness of 9cm and in between is placed an insulating material pattern DOW. In all the stoneworks bricks are placed from reinforced concrete for added strength.
Plaster
The plaster in all the constructions has three main stages:
1. Thrown reinforced concrete and accomplish sand
2. Basic layer of plaster
3. Covering with a quality type of stucco
ROOF
The roof of each project is constructed using wood from Sweden and tiled with different colours. The roof membrane contains aluminum coation and heat insulated materials of pattern D.O.W with a thickness of 5 cm.
FLOOR
The floors of the building and the balconies are coated with best quality tiles from Italy or Spain.The outdoor places are stoned with reinforced concrete which is a new type of compressed concrete named “stonecrete” which is offered in many colours and patterns.
PIGMENTATION
The indoor colours are stained with acrylic paint over the wall and the outdoor surfaces are stained with plastic paint on the wall.
CARPENTRY INSTALLATION
Woodwork is used for the inner doors of the house, the wardrobes of bedrooms and the cupboards of kitchen. The doors and the wardrobes are made from veneer M.D.F coated in different styles and colours. The wardrobes of the kitchen are solid wood from beech, walnut, and cherry trees.
OUTDOOR CAVITIES
The outdoor cavities are constructed with aluminium design or P.V.C from Germany and they include the following:
1. Outdoor cavity
2. Indoor frame aluminium cavity or P.V.C with double window pane thickness of 5 cm
3. In between cavity protective mesh
If outdoor cavity is not used we then use supported window panes for the project’s safety.
ELECTRIC INSTALLATION
The electric installation is made using specifications for the benefit and of the project and includes the following:
3 phase power board, interim board for the heating engine-room, power-points in all areas of the house, telephone line and internet in the sitting room and the bedrooms, power-points for the television in the sitting room and the bedrooms, two separate circuit alarms one for the radar and one for the contact with all the open places, doorbell, air condition and outdoor lighting in the encircled space.
HYDRAULICS INSTALLATION
Hydraulics is installed with cooper supported or tube aqua therm from Germany and include the following:
Heating engine room, boiler, cool water tank 100 litre, cistern of oil tank 1000 litre, heating, cistern of water 20 m3, rendering cool and cold water in the kitchen, rendering cool and cold water in the toilets, outdoors taps for the garden and the balconies.
BALUSTRADE
Balustrades are placed in all the balconies for safety they are from aluminium or traditional concrete in different designs.
LAVATORY
In all the bathrooms we place sanitary articles, and good quality porcelain: bathtub, bathroom, taps and bath accessories
MARBLE
We use marble in all stairs, open doors, and windows and in all the stone benches. The marble we use is of the best quality and is also used in other areas of our work and construction such as; fireplace in the sitting room, B.B.Q in the open area, swimming pool and parking.
METAL CONSTRUCTION
Metal constructions are different than the conventional constructions used in the stonework. The metallic skeleton is constructed in two ways:
Screwing and formfitting the construction according to the directions of the engineer of the project.
The stoneworks are dressed with cork a type of panel 10 cm thick, herakliti and nevrometal in the sides and in between is placed an insulating material. The rest work with the conventional construction.
TRADITIONAL STONE VILLAS
The traditional houses are constructed by the most experienced technicians with respect and care taken at all stages.
The construction of a stone house demands the combination of stone and wood.
The stone works are constructed by hand carved stone by experienced technicians and the wood we use gives the traditional look and style.
The floors in the stone residence are constructed by wood or ceramic to be harmonious with the stone.
The outdoor cavities are constructed traditionally by wood or an aluminium imitation of wood.
